Meridian introduces the Media Source 600 and Sooloos Control 15

…More after the jump.

Meridian Media Source 600
The Media Source 600 is an audio endpoint for a single-zone source and it is designed to make it easy to integrate your Meridian Sooloos to any music or media system. When the Media Source 600 is linked to a Sooloos network, it delivers a full suite of audio enhancement technologies.

The Media Source also has a clean, sleek design. It is h and-assembled in Meridian’s Cambridgeshire factory and finished using glass and bead-blasted, naturally anodized silver aluminum.

Digital output connections, which include S/PDIF and Meridian SpeakerLink, allow the Media Source 600 to be connected to digital surround receivers or stand-alone D/A converters.

Meridian Sooloos Control 15
Control 15 combines three essential elements in every Meridian Sooloos Digital Media System—storage, playback and control. When this single, freestanding device is paired with Meridian DSP Loudspeakers, you have a complete digital system that delivers high-end audio performance and control.

Control 15 has a 17-inch touch-screen, is connected to the Internet, and serves as a user-friendly interface for music radio stations such as Rhapsody. The device stores around 1,000 CD albums, and if connected to another Control 15, it will allow additional storage (each  has an internal 500GB hard drive).
