The DV-BD507 Blu-Ray disc player, from Onkyo, features BD-Live, which allows for the capability of enhanced interactivity through the Net. Updated content can be accessed instantly.

With the addition of an optional 1 gigabyte (or greater) SD/SDHC card, the unit includes BonusView features and picture-in-picture capabilities. This can all be done while still viewing the main movie feature. The unit plays Blu-ray discs up to 1,080p resolution, including Deep Color and x.v. color specifications of HDMI 1.3a.

Other features include bitstream output of Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio codecs, user-friendly onscreen display for settings and playback, and of course 1080p upconverting for standard definition DVD sources
