SIM2 C3X Lumis DLP Projector

SIM2 is showcasing the newest addition to its C3X line of DLP projectors: the C3X Lumis. This new, top-of-the-line model boasts SIM2’s signature styling and a very compact form for a three-chip DLP. The company is also demoing its new Mico 50 LED-based single-chip model.

The C3X Lumis uses the 0.95-inch 1080p DC4 DLP chipset and SIM2’s Alphapath light engine, which has been redesigned to better dissipate heat and improve efficiency. It combines an auto iris, DynamicBlack technology, and a new dimmable 280-watt lamp to produce a stated light output of 3,000 ANSI lumens and contrast ratio of  up to 35,000:1.
