Accell locks up your HDMI in a good way.
Accelle’s new AVGrip and AVGrip Pro locking HDMI cables use a spring-loaded connector cover that automatically engages the cable lock when the cable is pushed in and pulls back to release the lock when you pull the cable out of the HDMI port.
The beauty of the system lies in its invisibility to the end user. There’s no button to push or screws to twist. The size of the connector sleeve is approximately the same as any standard HDMI cable as well, so there’s no need to remove adjacent cables in order to insert or remove the AVGrip cables. You simply pull on the cable’s connector cover as you would with any standard HDMI cable. The backward pressure on the cover – not on the cable itself – is what triggers the release mechanism.
