New Pantel Weatherproof LCDs

Click the images below for bigger versions:

Outdoor audio and video equipment is becoming a booming market. Being able to watch a movie or the game on the patio or from the pool/hottub is more than a little appealing. The problem is, so far, most weatherproof displays are typically of the 32-inch or so variety. More than 40-inches is hard to find.

For those looking for a bit more screen size, Pantel has just announced three new screen sizes (in addition to their 32 and 40 inch LCDs). The largest is a 65-inch, which is the PAN-650. MSRP on this guy is $25,999. If that's too much for your backyard (or wallet), the smaller PAN-520 52-inch is $9,999. Or if you're really on a budget, or have a really small back yard, also new is the PAN-200, a 20-inch for $2,999.

All are "weatherproof" as in sealed to keep out snow, rain, and dust. The remote is waterproof, and they'll work from –40 to +140 degrees Fahrenheit. Also included is a 802.11a package that will transmit audio and video up to 150 feet.
