Sharp announced two worthwhile upgrades to its AQUOS Net online portal today at CES, along with a host of LCDs with integrated Blu-ray playback.

All the info after the jump.

NAVTEQ Traffic—which provides real-time traffic service, including “incident reports, construction locations and traffic hotspots”—joins such popular AQUOS Net services as Weatherbug weather forecasts, NASDAQ stock quotes, casual games from Accedo Broadband, daily comic strips, and AQUOS Gallery.

You sports fans may be more excited by Sharp’s new partnership with Rallypoint Systems, Inc., which promises to add access to personalized fantasy sports league information, as well as social networking with fellow fantasy league fans.

Fantasy league widgets for US professional baseball leagues should launch in April 2009, with professional and college football, basketball, racing, and soccer following throughout the rest of the year, and into 2010.

The company also introduced 52-inch LC-52BD80U, 46-inch LC-46BD80U, 42-inch class LC-42BD80U, 37-inch LC-37BD60U, and 32-inch LC-32BD60U AQUOS LCDs, all of which boast side-loading Blu-ray/DVD/CD players.

What’s more, BD playback is a snap: simply insert a disc and the TVs power up automatically and start playing.

No pricing was available at post time.
