SE2 Labs' ITC One Gets a Facelift
Click the images below for bigger versions:
My ITC One review hasn’t even hit the pages of Home Entertainment yet, and the thing is already obsolete. The review, that is—not the ITC One. Since I shipped my review unit back to SE2 Labs, the company’s designers and engineers have made a few substantial improvements. The most obvious is the addition of a splash of color. You can now order the ITC One with 30 new colors. Better yet, you can mix and match, selecting different colors for the front and sides. That’s hardly the most exciting change, though. SE2 Labs now offers the unit with 400 watt Bryston amps, up from the 100- and 200-watt options at the time I wrote my review. They’ve also upgraded the iPod dock to Wadia’s new 170iTransport, which adds true digital audio output straight from your iPod, as well as DVD quality video. The unit now also features discreet multi-zone audio output. Bonus! Look for my outdated review in the October issue of Home Entertainment, on stands and in mailboxes soon. Price: from $30,000 | |
